I'm building a new PC as I have $1300 credit in the Microcenter store. Can someone have a look at the parts I chose and let me know if they are good?

Shows blank for me. What is the purpose of the pc? In other words content creation? Gaming?

If it’s for gaming I’d probably start with this bundle perhaps.

Guess its not working... if somebody could put some good components (from microcenter only) in the $1300 price range. you can go slightly higher if you need too. Primarily will be used for gaming.

I was a bit hesitant with that because people have reported issues with that board.

Can’t say I have personal experience with that board. Not 100% sure what the price looks like if you swap for another.

I’d consider maybe something like this. I’m on my phone though and did a bit of a quick build.

The bundle above for cpu/ram etc. Could switch to the 7700x bundle but the CPU isn’t as fast.

Not sure on the cooler. I’ve got the Thermalright peerless assassin on my 12600kf and I’m happy with it. They make another called the phantom spirit. Either of those is about 35 on Amazon.

Haven’t used that particular psu but it appears to be tier A, and amd says 700 watts for the 7900gre. You could always go bigger.

Interesting. I’d going the amd route, if you want to save, they have a 7700x bundle for 100 less than the 7800x3d bundle and it’s got an msi board as well.

There is a discount on the cpu for one that is in the build link only for "instore pick up". For motherboard as well and ram. Might be a bundle?
