[SOLVED] PC build under $1500 for 1440p gaming

I am looking for a new build under $1500 to play games in 1440p. This does not include windows.
I have a 1440p 175hz monitor that i want to take advantage of in most games. Any suggestions on what to get?

When i first made a parts list it was similar specs to this but then I saw this video

. Maybe i can add a 5800x3d while pricing is around $290 and still add a 4070. DDR5 pricing is still unappealing for the very few gains it has. I do like the 13400f/4070 combo and think it will pair really well. Im alittle confused whether to go AM4 or raptor lake.
