PC build won't shut off after bios update

Hi, first time posting here. I just got my new build, everything worked great. I installed Windows 10, did everything nessesary. I needed a bios update as the bios froze when clicking on the OC menu, and for various other reasons. I ran into a couple problems but it all worked out. I installed the bios but all of a sudden the display dosen't work (black screen, monitor not detecting) and now I am VERY scared of shutting off by force, as the power button dosen't do anything. I can't afford anything right now so please don't tell to try different ram, cpu or gpu.
Here are my temporary specs while I get money for upgrades.

MSI B350 Tomahawk
Ryzen 3 1200
MSI RX560
8GB DDR4 Corsair LPX 2400mhz.

I cleared CMOS before updating BIOS.
Hope anything works. I tried switching monitor too.
The CPU led on the motherboard is on, but the CPU works perfectly.

did you reset bios to default after updathing it also cpu ligh should not stay on if the cpu is good this means it does not have boot process complete .

As I said, the screen is black directly after updating bios. I wasn't there when the bios finished, but I couldn't access anything, there is no display and I cant shut it down. I'm scared to hold the button or unplug the power cable. I did clear CMOS before updating.

so it did close itself after the bios update then if it unning now shut it off do cmos reset and retry to boot if you did use wrong bios board could be brick and need rma .

i tried forcefully shut it off, now the cpu light is always on and still no display, still can't shut it down normally

if you could shut it power off and recheck if cpu dont have brokens pins and well seated in the slot also that you dont have any cooling paste that fall of it on the cpu base on the board

just checked, everything is fine.

so on the boot does cpu led still on or it go all the way o boot process .

shut psu off and put it back then retry to boot you might neeed to use another psu for test after .

Still same thing. I don't think the PSU is the problem.

well you wil be advise by mod not to spam forum and if you look at my specs i use a similar board .

He said after updating bios, this is not cpu related
