PC BUILDIND HELP!! motherboard choice

I'm building my first gaming pc

here are my specs apart from the motherboard which id need help to make a wise choice

gtx 1070
i5 7600k
Cooler Master Hyper T2
Ballistix Sport LT 16GB Single DDR4 2400
evga 600w power supply
Corsair Carbide Series 100R Mid Tower Case
Kingston Digital 240GB
Western Digital 1TB

I have looked upon a couple motherboards and have come up with 4 that happen to suit my budget if you have any recommmendations other than those 4 feel free to help!

1-Gigabyte LGA1151 Intel Z270 2-Way Crossfire ATX DDR4 Motherboard (GA-Z270M-D3H)

2-MSI Z270 SLI SDRAM Motherboards

3-Gigabyte LGA1151 Intel Z270 2-Way Crossfire ATX DDR4 Motherboard (GA-Z270P-D3)

4-ASUS PRIME Z270-P LGA1151 DDR4 HDMI DVI M.2 USB 3.0 Z270 ATX Motherboard PRIME Z270-P

I do not want to have any bios update straight out of the box and want to have a mb that will assure a long lifespan and good reliability

Problem is that the PSU is terrible, and the CPU is awful for the money.
If you need windows included drop the SSD.

so you pretty much just changed the cooler?

....There's a GTX 1080 in there.
I could have done much better had you not gone with a 7600k and that PSU.
