I wanna build a tight budget pc for mediocre gaming, around 3-4 hours a day playing dota 2 and Counter Strike GO

Whats the recommendation for the parts:

CPU:
1. i3 4160
2. i5 4460

Motherboard:
1. Gigabyte GA-B85M
2.Gigabyte H97M
3. Gigabyte Z97M

GPU 2GB :
1. Gigabyte GTX760
2. Gigabyte GTX960

Do note that I am on a tight budget thus I wonder what's out of the best I can get yet not over-exceed the gaming system requirement

Yes something like that, But instead get a r9 270 for same prices as the 750ti, and it will perform much better as a gpu.

Psu just make sure to get any 550+ wattage from antec/seasonic/xfx/ superflower/ evga b2/g2 series.

the XFX 550 watt is dirt cheap right now

Very good quality and will last long time.

If those are the type of games you play, get the i3, and gtx 960.
This will allow you to play those types of games max settings 1080p 60 FPS+ at all times

It will get you high/max settings in even most demanding games such as BF4, Planetside 2(CPU), etc. FPS always staying above 30 averaging 50-60.

I, if budget allowed would get an i5, and r9 280x instead, or drop down to r9 280, I personally think the r9 280 is better for most newer games than a gtx 960, and is cheaper.
