PC burning smell

Not sure why this is happening, I have literally replaced everything except my graphics card and I still smell a weird burning smell. I have replaced my CPU, PSU, Motherboard, I think the only thing it might be is my GPU? But I don't see why?? Maybe its a hard drive?

GPU: MSI R9 390
CPU: I7 6700 K 4.0 GHZ Quad Core CPU
Motherboard: ASROCK Z170
Memory: 16 GB DDR 4, 120 GB SSD KINGSTON, 1 TB HDD, 300 GB HDD

It was originally an Apevia but now its a Corsair CX650M just bought it a few days ago but I still smell burning plastic kind of smell.

well can't you just get down there and see if the smell is coming from it?

I replaced it and I believe I still smell the smell, I am turning the fan speed on my GPU up and seeing if maybe the smell will stop. Here is my current Hardware stuff https://gyazo.com/1aaa24219ebe04f53aa99a5125c1ee11
