PC buy challenge for the forums

My parents want to buy a new computer for under $400 pre made. but, I want it to have a big enough PSU so I can install my old gtx 660 windforce on it for my little brother. Can someone recommend me a pre built with at least a 450 watt PSU ?

I would definitely leave it until he could upgrade the cpu but i just couldnt find anything else prebuilt with that budget its to limited.

And thats over budget he said UNDER 400.
