PC Buzz & Freeze w/ Event ID 1534 (User Profile Service) warning

I have seen this issue mentioned across the internet since Windows update 1809 and i was one of the early adopters who installed the initial update on release (and the further update a few days ago). I get this warning every hour or so in event viewer and it freezes up my PC and creates a LOUD buzz through the speakers for around 5-10 seconds then returns to normal.

Any ideas on how i might resolve this issue ?
