Hello I have a tremendous issue that arised randomly.
After stressing my PC too much I started getting a problem that makes the PC stutter and do a buzzing/dragging sound , I've tried everything , reinstalling drivers , stresstesting it , memtesting it.
When I play World of Warships the game crushes completely I get a black screen and then the PC restores itself music plays fine on the background.
During playing I get the above issue with buzzing/dragging sound and I get 1 fps then it comes back up and keeps doing it , I've tried playing with open task manager to see if there's any CPU/Memory/HDD spikes but that's not the issue.
Speccs:
i5 2500k
8gb ram
EVGA gtx 960
HDD 1tb caviar black
