PC can't access the Internet through wifi but other devices can

As the title says, my Computer cannot connect to the Internet through Wifi.

My PC indicates that the wifi is connected and the signal strength is rather strong, however, I can only access the Internet for a few moments until it stops working. Disconnecting and Reconnecting to the Wifi manually enables me to use the Internet for a few seconds. Staying connected gives me "burst" of access, usually I can load 1 website/15 minutes.

Other devices such as smartphones, laptop and TVs work normally on the same network.
When I plug in the Ethernet cable, which is connected to the same wireless router, my computer works fine.

I am using Windows 10 Pro and my wireless network adapter is a TP-Link WDN3800 with the latest driver.

How can I fix this problem?

If it was me I'd be trying a different WiFi card to start with as sometimes troubleshooting involves swapping out the most likely culprit - obviously I wouldn't be suggesting that as a first step if it was a very expensive component like a GPU or CPU.

I tried connecting to a different wifi, a hotspot from my phone, it works.
