My PC's ethernet randomly stopped working.

I came home one day and my computer was not connected to the internet. It doesn't support wifi so my ethernet is the only thing I can use. I've swapped out cables and reset the router numerous times. I have tried connecting the ethernet via USB, my computer will recognize the ethernet but will not give internet access. It works fine on my laptop though. I have also tried connecting my phone using usb tethering, but the same issue of "connected, but no internet access" shows up. I've looked up numerous other posts and tried various troubleshooting steps but haven't gotten anywhere. I have tried basic steps for resolving network stack issues. I have also tried a different network card to no avail.

What does a CMD window with ipconfig.exe /all show ? Post the results.

OK, so that says you have an IP address. Next step, see if you can ping 192.168.1.1 and ping 8.8.8.8 . If both of those work, your PC has connectivity.
I got a general failure when pinging 192.168.1.1 with 100% loss. Then 0% loss with 8.8.8.8, but "host unreachable".

@harrybergeron

Make and model: modem, router, or modem/router (if combined)?

The router's logs (if available and enabled) may provide some clue.

Who has full admin rights to the router? You will need help from that person.

And if I understand correctly: your laptop works with a wired connection - correct?

If so, run "ipconfig /all" on the laptop and post the results.

Is laptop connected via wireless or ethernet? If wireless, connect ethernet. If ethernet fails as well then buy a new router, looks like the ethernet part of the router is gone.

If laptop is connected via ethernet then disconnect it and see if other devices can connect afterwards.

You have two wired ethernet ports showing. A 2.5GE and a 1GE. The 2.5GE shows an IPv4 and an IPv6 address. I would disable IPv6 just to be sure.
It is also a Realtek ethernet, I would make sure you have the latest driver -- https://www.realtek.com/Download/List?cate_id=584
