So this morning we got a power outage for a couple of minutes.
After the power comes back, I tried to turn on my pc and it doesn't work.
Any help?

Solution

That doesn't mean much. PSUs have two mains-powered converters: one provides 5VSB and primary-side auxiliary power, the other provides the main outputs when the PSU gets turned on. It could simply be that your PSU's main converter has died but the 5VSB one still works.

If you swap the PSU with a known-good one and the PC still won't turn on, then it may be the motherboard that got fried by an alternate path surge.

This is pretty much what I think it is as well: You lost power and it fried the PSU when the power went back on after the power loss.
If unplugging the cord and allowing the computer to sit totally unplugged for a few minutes does not fix it, I am almost certain that is your issue: Power supply blew.

It is not all that expensive to get a power supply replaced in a desktop PC today so you might want to head to your local computer repair store and have them replace it.

I've unplugged my pc for 15 minutes and plugging it back in, still doesn't work.
However, the headset I am using has LED light on it and it lights up after I plug the power cable back in.
