[SOLVED] PC Case Upgrade

I have a Dell Precision WorkStation T3500 with an LGA 1366 motherboard and I want to upgrade to an NZXT Tempered Glass Case. What are my options with the motherboard I have?

They have different power pinouts. Can't really be move to a standard ATX case.

Yes the front I/O board and cable is proprietary and the pinout isn't published. Also it's not a standard ATX layout. For one thing the MB is on the left side of the case and ATX is on the right. I t has been done but the people who did it didn't record how to do it. So you have to reinvent the wheel to do that.
