Question pc clicking/ ticking noise

what does it mean when pc makes one click/tick noise randomly
sometimes one click every ten seconds or ten minutes
sometimes not at all for hours

Not much you can do about it unless you can tell from where in the PC it is coming or unless you see some symptoms develop.

Could mean disaster coming or absolutely nothing barring more information.

the thing is i dont know where its coming from or what is what inside the computer
i have only owned a laptop before
this is rog strix gl12cp desktop
maybe noise because its cheap things in it? what part usually does this

You say it might occur in 10 seconds or not for hours. That makes it very difficult to speculate about.

If it occurred at some steady rate, you might be able to make an inference. But it doesn't. It's totally random.

A "tick" tells us almost nothing, especially at random.

Worry about it if you must. Otherwise, ignore it and wait for developments. If any.
