Question Pc comparison, compatibility

I want to get an new pc with Integrated graphics it has 32 GB ram Intel Core i7-7700 hard drive is random but it has integrated GPU so I can add both my Geforce 1060 and my past pc had 4 8 GB ram 1 TB on the HD and 250 GB on the SSD with 2 Geforce GTX 1060 what is the comparison with these and which is better, and can I add some stuff from my old pc to the new one?

You don't give much to compare.

I would not mix RAM.

Storage swap should be no issue.

See if the motherboard supports SLI, although I could be confused about your use case of (2) GPU. Alongside making sure it has a PSU that is strong enough and has the proper cabling.
