PC Compatibility Check

Hello!
I have been looking into some parts for building a new PC and I was just wondering if they are compatible or not.

Here are the parts i have selected:

*Processor:AMD 3.5 AM3+ FX 6-Core Edition FX-6300

*Ram:Corsair DDR3 8 GB (1 x 8 GB) PC RAM (CMV8GX3M1A1333C9)

*Graphics Card:Forsa NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 Ti 1 GB DDR5

*Cabinet:Corsair Carbide 200R

*Power Supply:Corsair VS550 550 Watt PSU

*Motherboard:Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2PT Motherboard

*Internal Optical Drive:HP DVD1260i-UH03C/UH07C DVD Burner

*Monitor: Dell S2240L 21.5 inch LED Backlit LCD

*Processor Cooler:Cooler Master Hyper TX3 EVO Cooler

*Cabinet Cooler:Cooler Master SickleFlow Red 120 mm Cooler(I want two of these in my cabinet.)

*Internal Hard Drive: Seagate Barracuda 1 TB Desktop Internal Hard Drive (ST31000524AS)

*Wireless Adapter:TP-LINK 150 Mbps TL-WN721N Wireless N

*Keyboard: Dell 104 Quiet Key USB 2.0 Keyboards

*Mouse:HP KY619AA USB 2.0 Optical Mouse

*Gamepad:Logitech Gamepad F310 (For PC)

Please Tell me the Following:

(i)Are these Parts fully compatible?
(ii)Will the cooling fans i have selected maintain a decent temperature while gaming?(especially the processor temperature.Ill not be using the stock processor fan.Ill use the processor fan mentioned above)
(iii)Is this a good build build for playing games at high settings.Games like battlefield 3,far cry3 and future games like gta 5 and battlefield 4.
(iv)Are these parts compatible with Windows 8.
(v)how long will my configuration last?

If these parts are not compatible please suggest me some other parts.

(i) That processor is only good with revision 5.x of that motherboard. Any earlier version motherboard (3.1, 4.0) will not support that processor.
That memory is not supported by your motherboard. The motherboard only support DDR3-800/1066 and 1333+(OC).
While that CPU cooler does not specifically state it supports AM3+ motherboards, but I believe that it will.
(ii) That cooling solution should be sufficient for your needs
(iii) I don't game, so I can't say
(iv) Yes, but since you're probably looking at a new motherboard, make sure it has drivers for Windows 8
(v) Anywhere between 1 hour and 15 years.

Ok. Offers modest performance, but good threading. On a budget, it is not a bad choice.
*Ram:G.Skill NT DDR3 8 GB (1 x 8 GB) PC
I'd get 2x4GB so you can run in dual-channel mode.
*Graphics Card:Forsa NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 Ti 1 GB DDR5
Was a very nice card when it came out, but modest by today's standards. It certainly isn't a bad card, but a GTX660, HD7870, or GTX760 would be big steps up.
*Cabinet:Corsair Carbide 200R
Fine.
*Power Supply:Corsair VS550 550 Watt PSU
Fine.
*Motherboard:Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2PT Motherboard
Old-tech 700-series board with a modern socket tacked onto it. Look for a 900-series board. Gigabyte is a good choice. Asus might be a little better. Avoid cheap MSI boards, as they have weak VRMs that will pop under load.
*Internal Optical Drive:HP DVD1260i-UH03C/UH07C DVD Burner
Fine.
*Monitor: Dell S2240L 21.5 inch LED Backlit LCD
Fine.
*Processor Cooler:Cooler Master Hyper TX3 EVO Cooler
The 120mm Xigmatek Gaia is a better choice. It is cheaper than the more commonly parroted Hyper212 EVO:

Unlike the Hyper212 EVO (ignore the URL; it IS the EVO they tested), the Gaia never throttled, although it wasn't always the coolest depending on the fan used. Both got awards, but if you factor in the price, the Gaia wins hands down. Either would cool better than the 92mm TX3, and would be quieter.

Anandtech's roundup of fans a few months ago found the SickleFlow to be considerably overrated. Corsair and Enermax are better choices.

I like TP-Link, but check out their TP-WDN3800 instead: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16833704162 . I got to test one, and was impressed by how much faster it was than cheaper adapters.

Ok. Keyboards are easy to replace / upgrade as budget and interests permit.

Looks a little cheap, but there again, easy enough to improve later if you decide you want something better.

I have no experience with gamepads. I have been happy with Logitech though.

Acceptable, yes; there are better though, for similar or not much more money.

I think you might drop some settings down to "medium" a little sooner than you might like. A stronger graphics card should put that off for a while.

Afaik, yes.
(v)how long will my configuration last?
None of it appears to be junk, so what's typical for PC parts, 4-8 years? You'll need to lower settings or upgrade the graphics card as time goes by, but consider there are a lot of people still playing games on old C2D systems today.
