PC Compatibility question (LGA775 and other old stuff)?

Hey, so i was wondering if all these parts, would be compatible with each other:

GPU: Gigabyte GTX 650TI

Mobo: DQ35JOE Johannesburg

CPU: Intel Core 2 E8400 (C2D)
RAM: Kingston HyperX (2x2) 4 GB DDR2 Non-ECC CL4 (4-4-4-12) DIMM Dual Channel 800 MHz.

yes they should be compatible together but i recommend using other parts like, your PSU is a generic brand [i think] so id recommend not to use it. after heavy usage it might get fried.i suggest insted of using 750watt generic use a 500-550 watt antec corsair seasonic etc etc PSU. also isn't it kinda late to use a C2D build?id suggest a core i3 or atleast entry level pentium G and celeron G's
