PC connect to TV through HDMI

It works fine with VGA, but now I have recently purchased a new graphics which doesn't have the VGA sockets. My monitor is HD Ready 1920*1080 60HZ, and I have recently updated the driver. The screen looks extremely blurry, the colour are terrible, and there are full of tiny white dots everywhere on the screen. Please help!

Was this actually a "new" card or a used one? HD Ready sounds like an old TV, what exactly is the brand and model of the TV? Try the card with a normal computer monitor at the native resolution. It could be your TV.
