Hello all..

I am kind of at my end with this PC. Anytime I try to play a game for more than 2 minutes my entire system freezes, I can still get audio for about 10 seconds, then it reboots after about 30-45 seconds. Outside of games, it seems to be working fine with no crashing.

I'll give some information here about the system itself
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Windows Version: 10.0.19044 Build 19044
Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 8-Core Processor, 3801 Mhz, 8 Core(s), 16 Logical Processor(s)
BIOS: American Megatrends Inc 5861
BIOS Mode: Legacy
BaseBoard Manufacturer/Product: ASUSTek COMPUTER INC - PRIME X470-PRO
Installed Physical Memory: 16.0GB

I have Corsair Vengance PRO ram.

Here is WhoCrashed showing last two crashes on system:

Crash dump file: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\091422-17828-01.dmp (Minidump)
Bugcheck code: 0x133(0x1, 0x1E00, 0xFFFFF80739EFB320, 0x0)
Bugcheck name:DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION
Driver or module in which error occurred: win32k.sys (win32k+0x116d3)
File path:C:\WINDOWS\System32\win32k.sys
Description: Multi-User Win32 Driver
Product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System
Company: Microsoft Corporation
Bug check description:The DPC watchdog detected a prolonged run time at an IRQL of DISPATCH_LEVEL or above. This could be caused by either a non-responding driver or non-responding hardware. This bug check can also occur because of overheated CPUs (thermal issue).
Analysis:This is likely caused by a hardware problem, but there is a possibility that this is caused by a misbehaving driver.
This bugcheck indicates that a timeout has occurred. This may be caused by a hardware failure such as a thermal issue or a bug in a driver for a hardware device.

A full memory dump will likely provide more useful information on the cause of this particular bugcheck. Since there is no other responsible driver detected, it is suggested that you look for an updated driver for your graphics hardware. It's also possible that your graphics hardware was non-functional or overheated.

A full memory dump will likely provide more useful information on the cause of this particular bugcheck. The crash took place in a Microsoft module. The description of the module may give a hint about a non responding device in the system.

I'm literally pulling my hair out.

EDIT:
I downloaded updates for AMD's chipset, as well as a windows update itself. Now only two of my three monitors work. I have one that is HDMI, which works, and two which are DisplayPort, which only one of those two work. I've tried swapping DP ports on GPU but does not switch which monitors are working. NVIDIA Control panel shows this monitor as connected but it is greyed out.

Have you applied an overclock to your CPU via BIOS or some performance app in windows?
I'd try resetting BIOS to default settings for troubleshooting purposes going forward.
Have you monitored thermals for both CPU and GPU?

No OC is set for either CPU or GPU.
Ill reset BIOS later today to see where that puts me.
Thermals are consistent and in good range for both CPU and GPU
