Hey, so ever since I've had my Ryzen 5 2400G 750w PSU 16gb ram crucial ballistix ga-ax370,gtx 1050ti PC, it has quite frequently bluescreened with error "WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR".
I looked on Youtube and saw a few videos saying scan hard drive and memory, did both and both said no issues. I really need this fixing since it just happened FOUR times to me in the past 20 mins.

WHEA = Windows Hardware Error Architecture
It can be caused by any hardware and somtimes drivers
It can be caused by heat so make sure fans/heatsinks in PC are clear of dust
it can be caused by overclocking so remove any you may have
it can be caused by overclocking software so remove anything like Ryzen master or MSI Afterburner

what did you use to scan memory?

try running this on CPU - - https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/prime95-download.html
Prime 95 how to Guide: http://www.playtool.com/pages/prime95/prime95.html

does it happen in safe mode?
  1. go to settings/update & security/recovery
  2. under advanced startup, click restart now button
  3. this restarts PC in a blue menu
  4. choose troubleshoot
  5. choose advanced
  6. choose startup options
  7. click the restart button
  8. choose a safe mode (it doesn't matter which) by using number associated with it.
  9. Pc will restart and load safe mode

would tell us if its maybe a driver if it didn't.

what make/model PSU?

well, it only happens when gaming so it wouldnt happen in safe mode i dont think, also i used the Windows Memory Diagnostic Tool, and the prime95 thing looks kinda scary.. dont think i wanna try it.

Can you follow option one on the following link - here - and then do this step below: Small memory dumps - Have Windows Create a Small Memory Dump (Minidump) on BSOD - that creates a file in c windows/minidump after the next BSOD

  1. Open Windows File Explore
  2. Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump
  3. Copy the mini-dump files out onto your Desktop
  4. Do not use Winzip, use the built in facility in Windows
  5. Select those files on your Desktop, right click them and choose 'Send to' - Compressed (zipped) folder
  6. Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox . . . etc.)
  7. Then post a link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you . . .

if its hardware, Prime95 is only way to check your CPU
Try running memtest86 on each of your ram sticks, one stick at a time, up to 4 passes. Only error count you want is 0, any higher could be cause of the BSOD. Remove/replace ram sticks with errors. Memtest is created as a bootable USB so that you don’t need windows to run it

All of them WHEA errors?

Ryzen 5 2400G 750w PSU 16gb ram crucial ballistix ga-ax370,gtx 1050ti

what storage drives do you have? we will need to test them as well.
If you ever changed the size of the page file, it might explain why its not crashing

You might need to run Prime just to make sure its not CPU to blame
Did you run memtest?

Yeah, all of them WHEA errors.
I only have a 256GB ssd which is the Samsung PM990 if im right.
I ran MemTest and scanned the drives, both with no errors. Although I did NOT run the Prime thing, looks scary like I said.
Also I tried to create a Minidump file and it didn't do it.

Also, I just noticed that my memory is for some reason at 2666mhz which its meant to be at 3200mhz.
I'm pretty sure I have XMP on but I'll check in 30 mins

that unexpected. Try crystaldiskinfo.

you shouldn't have to run anything, it should just see it.
something like
YDCEtP6.jpg

I can't run HD Tune myself as I had trial before and it wants me to pay now.

good to see something can see it. It looks okay.
only difference is colors and I just using a different theme

If you don't want to run Prime, you may need to get PC looked at by a store... who might just run Prime. Intel have a tool to test their drives, AMD don't... I wish they did.

so basically theres nothing else we can do ??

I am not saying that.
Do you have to be doing anything specific to get the error?

Ryzen 5 2400G - unsure if it passes
750w PSU - what make/model?
16gb ram crucial ballistix - passes memtest
ga-ax370 - there are no tests for any motherboard
gtx 1050ti
NVMe - seems okay. doesn't work with magician but then its not listed as supported by it.

Need to know if CPU passes.
We can't test MB so you test everything else and use a process of elimination. If everything else passes, it could mean its MB.
I suggested a repair store as they might have spare parts they can swap in to test your stuff. Or put your parts on theirs.
