As soon as I insert a RAM stick into a specific slot, when I press the power button, the computer goes on and off, on and off constantly, as soon as I remove the RAM strip from that slot. The computer boots normally, and it cant be the motherboard, since its very new.

CPU : Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU G620 @ 2.60 GHz 2.60 GHz
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 Ti Power Edition
Motherboard : Gigabyte H61M-DS2 4.0
HDD : 1TB Seagate & 500GB Western Digital
RAM strip (thats not inserted): ADATA AD3U1333C2G9-B DDR3 1333(9) 2GX8 U-DIMM 2GB
RAM strip (inserted): ADATA AD3U1600C2G11-R DDR3 1600(11) 2GX8 U-DIMM 2GB

I have reseated the RAM strips multiple times. These ram strips have worked with each other before, I came back after a week of not using the pc and it started to give this problem.

EDIT: Should I go and check if the CPU pins are bent or something along that line?

When you boot the pc without RAM does it beep? You'll need to insert the speaker front panel connection to hear it.

And I would check to see if any cpu pins are bent just in case
