Question PC corrupted during first time setup

I bought an ibuypower pc and when it was at the connect to wifi stage while setting it up for the first time, turned it off and now it won't connect to monitors. Tried two different ones. The mouse and keyboard also no longer light up. I didn't think it was doing anything important at the connect to wifi stage but I guess it was? Do I need to reset the motherboard or something?

brand and model of the psu?
contact ibuypower for warranty.
could also check all the cable, they sometime have really bad workmanship

dont reset anything send it back and if you paid by credit card have a word with them and say stop payment , if its too late to stop payment they will help you with any customer/seller conflicts
