Question PC Crash (Bule Screen)

Hello! I recently bought new PC and installed nox(android emulator). And I was playing some game for like 3 weeks, and I was using Multi-Drive and was running 2 instances at the same time. And yesterday I tried to run 4 instances and it started lagging and my PC crashed with code Memory_Management. Then I tried different emulators but I can't install game, it closes 5 seconds after I open it. And somewhere in the process my PC crashes. I experience this problem only when using emulators.
My PC Specs:
CPU: Ryzen 7 2700 (Not Overclocked)
GPU: MSI GTX 1070 Gaming
Motherboard: Asus Prime x470 Pro
RAM: 2x8GB Corsair Vengeance(3000MHz) - it was set at 2133MHz but I overclocked it using D.O.C.P to 3000MHz.
I have 1 SSD and 2 HDD. OS is on SSD.

that creates a file in c windows/minidump after the next BSOD
copy that file to documents
upload the copy from documents to a file sharing web site, and share the link here and I will get someone to convert file into a format I can read
