Dear forum,
Lately my pc has been crashing while playing csgo. When it crashes the entire screen will freeze and nothing happens (on the background you'll hear that annoying sound of something being repeated 100x a second).
Looking at the crashing logs I couldn't find anything. Sometimes my PSU fan rattles and thought this is connected.
Now I tried looking at the temps while gaming and they at 85 degrees easy. While my cpu is only at 50% of it max. While I dont if this is the exact issue, I dont know what else to do/check before having to buy a new PSU or letting the fan of the PSU repaired.
These are my specs:
Intel Core i7 4790K @ 4.00GHz
MAXIMUS VII RANGER
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970
NZXT H440
EDIT: I recently added new coolpaste, it was still liquid.. could it be that it outdated, like too old to use?
