So here are my specs:
i5 - 4590
R9 280
500gb of 7200 RPM Seagate Barracuda
500gb of 5400 RPM Seagate Momentus
100gb of Kingston SSD
8gb of Kingston RAM
Software:
Windows 7 Ultimate
VLC Media Player
Issue:
Whenever I try loading a video from my F: drive (Seagate Momentus) it doesnt load and the PC freezes. Next I attempt to exit out however windows only says "End Process" as the button. No matter how many times I click it the window would not close. So then I open up Task manager and I try to end the process (Windows explorer) that wouldn't even end. And soon task manager itself freezes. I then restart my PC and the process keeps on repeating. And yes I have tried spamming the windows explorer window and it doesn't force close.
