PC crash when gaming, boot order change

Hello, recently my PC has started crashing when I play games. The computer will give me a big sad face, tell me something's gone wrong and that it needs a reboot. Then when I try to boot it again it will tell me to ''reboot and select proper boot device''.

I restart and go into my BIOS, and the load order has been changed, so I simply change it back and the computer boots. But then, when gaming, it will crash again after a minute or two and the boot order will change again.

Does anyone know what might be causing the crashing and why it's changing my boot order every time? Thanks in advance for the help.

Msinfo32 says motherboard info isn't available, but I've got an I5-3570k 3.40GHz quad-core processor, an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 6gb gpu, 16gb RAM DDR3, Windows is installed on a 1TB hard drive and I've got a separate 2TB hard drive.

Which PSU?

Run memtest86, and try the sticks in different slots. If there are firmware updates for your storage apply those.

Do you have a copy of the OS on the other HDD's?
