Question PC crash when installing game

Hello people!

My pc keeps crashing when I am installing a game..
My pc crash with BSOD and the error message is about ''KERNEL_MEMORY", it crashes sometimes till my pc is running the screensaver.

A week ago I tried to transfer big files from my phone to my computer, and it crashed again..

I read some things and I think it is because I have a bad ram. I made the windows memory diagnostic test but it didn't show any errors. I did /chrsk to check my hard drive for errors but it didn't show any errors too.
I am so confused right now, so I will be happy if you help me

what the make and model? how full it is?

No viruses found. The disk seems to be alright and I have space in it. I install the games on my other Drive with 300 gbs free

The os is on hdd, and the free space there is about 20 gb
