Question PC crashed while using Davinci resolve. GPU not working !!!

After firing davinci resolve pc crashed. now it won't start with any GPU , I replaced GPU still not booting.
changed Ram , even changed the motherboard and PSU but it's not booting with the GPU. GPU is working on other computers

Intel i3 6400
Corsair 8 gb 3200Mhz
MSI GTX 1050ti oc
MSI h110ms motherboard
