Hello, well lately I bought a new motherboard and was grounded to the case and there was no static and now my PC Keeps crashing/Freezing and Unresponsive to I have to hold the power button down to shut it off and on the 2nd Monitor ( T.V ). It has multiple Colours blinking like a strobe light thing with rainbow colour. Anyone help? E-mail: sabbyts@hotmail.com

Solution
This would be easier with some specifics, like the monitor model, the motherboard, and the video card for starters. Also, how is the monitor connected to the PC?

This sounds more like a motherboard issue than a monitor issue.

Also, try to connect the monitor to another computer, and see what the display looks like.

Don't have another Computer, Motherboard is ASRock Z77 Extreme3, Brand new literally. Video Card is Zotac GeForce GTX 760. 1 Monitor is connected VGA I believe and the other is a T.V HDMI. Not sure the model numbers for each but my computer recently kind of broke like 2 months ago and I got new parts to repair it. It all worked fine before. The GPU is like a Year old now.
