Question PC crashes and reboots with split screen ?

about the second time i have had my system reboot and my screen goes black and i get split screens when scrolling and opening programs.
I am using a Ryzen 7 7700x with a 6950xt.
I have the laste adrenaline software installed

I also noticed green spots when playing videos on vlc player. I wonder if my systems PSU is defective ? It's an EVGA 1000 watts and nothing is overclocked.

Have you tried running DDU and uninstall AMD drivers in safe mode, log back into normal mode and install new drivers again

all i can say for now is the screen tearing in windows 11 has stopped but the green screen with lag and pixels when watching videos in vlc player still persists i hope the gpu isnt dying or is bad and is it normal for the clock speed of a intergrated graphics to be constantly at 2400 mhz on ide? in amd adrenaline

VLC Green screen - try turning hardware acceleration off, that can fix it

Max speed should be 2200 - https://www.notebookcheck.net/AMD-Radeon-Graphics-Ryzen-7000-GPU-Benchmarks-and-Specs.658599.0.html, its base clock is 400 so I would think it would run at that if not in use.

what power plan are you running in windows?
