Pc crashes randomly, I'm clueless

PC crashing randomly, sometimes in games, sometimes while watching videos, and sometimes just from the desktop, almost immediately after boot. Ran Windows Memory check, checked all my temps on cpu and gpu and that all seems fine. When the crashes happen, the screen freezes, and the computer resets to the logon screen, doesn't show bios menu, no BSOD.

I'm not sure what to do at all and am at my wits end! I love my PC and use it constantly and this has been a constant source of anxiety and frustration the past few days. Any help or anything to point me in the right direction would be much appreciated.

My build is:

750w corsair power supply
I5-4690k, I usually use overclock but this problem persists even at stock speed
Evga gtx 980 sc
8 gb ddr3
Boot drive is a 500gb samsung evo
Windows 10

Also, I've tried system restore as far back as I can go, rolled back nvidia drivers too.

Event viewer give me event IDs : 35, 41, and 1101 at time of crashes
