Question PC crashes randomly since installing an AMD wraith prism?

I have just installed an AMD wraith prisim into my pc without the 3-pin to USB2.0 cord.
Now my system crashes at seemingly random times.
Would the absence of the 3-pin to USB2.0 cord cause my pc to crash?

No, it shouldn't make any difference whether or not the USB lead is connected. I've installed a Wraith Prism on a 5600X with just the standard fan lead and it works fine.

Check Windows Event Viewer System logs and see if there are any clues there. How high are your CPU temperatures?
