Question PC crashes randomly when gaming or even when doing nothing, plus ethernet disconnecting mostly when gaming ?

I've had those issue since the beginning of building my custom PC.

Specs:
Motherboard: Asus Rog Strix Z490-F Gaming
CPU: i9-11900kf
GPU: GeForce RTX 3070 Ti
RAM: 16GB Trident Z DDR4
PSU: Thermaltake 850w TP 80+ Platinum
SSD: Samsung 980 pro or something 512gb & 4tb avg harddrive.

Problem is, I can have a few days where I wont crash and I'm hardcore gaming or some days where I'll crash a few times. I took it into a buddy's pc shop a while back and we tested the gpu, swapped it for another high powered graphic card. So thought that was that, then i swapped the gpu's slot to one down, and I wasn't crashing nearly as much... Again didn't test the other gpu for long, we tested the cpu. that was fine. ram was fine. Gone a year or so more which random crashing and ethernet disconnecting for a few seconds to few minutes.. yet rest of the internet was flawless.

I've done countless tests on the gpu, cpu, ram for hours and not a single bloody crash or error detected. Other day, I had idea, thinking it may be the bios.. So I looked for updates on bios and found 2 years worth.. So as one does, updated bios and nothing changed.. still crashing and internet disconnecting. What happens when I crash is all three of my monitors flicker off and on for a second then flicker between grey and black screen for good ten-twenty seconds then pc shuts down and boots up again.. I really dont want it to be the gpu... But my gut tells me its the motherboard cause of the random ethernet disconnects.

All Drivers are updated, regularly check for viruses, trojan etc.. i've even tried disabling anti cheat and windows systems etc.. can't seem to get a break.. also pretty much every time it shuts down, i get two error notices under windows

A problem with your hardware caused Windows to stop working correctly.

Again, I've done countless gpu tests. so idk if anyone got any other ideas, be much appreciated.

Also all temperatures are fine and within normal range for there specs.

thanks for the suggestion, I'll give it a go and let you know how it goes. Also don't have the access/time to check properly of the psu.. again. with the psu, wouldn't it turn pc instantly rather than over 15-20 seconds?
