Hi all,

I have assembled the below PC, however I am now facing issues with constant reboots and crashes.

I am a moderate gamer and wildlife photographer by hobby, so i do use heavy software like Darktable and DaVinci Resolve for my hobby stuff and for gaming i have steam from where i purchase my games.

I am failing to identify the issue as to why the pc is crashing.

Wanted to know if there is any issue with the compatibility or is it something else.

The system will reboot with the BSOD even while surfing web or watching movies, so i know its not an issue of heavy usage.

Any advise will be appreciated.

My PC specs:

Motherboard: MAG B660 TOMAHAWK WIFI DDR 4 (MS – 7D41)
CPU: Intel I7-12700F 2.10 GHz
GPU: GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 3060 EAGLE OC 12 GB
CPU cooler: DeepCool AG620
RAM: Corsair 32 (2x16) GB DDR4 3200
SSD: WD_BLACK NVME SN 770 1TB
HDD : WD 2TB 7200 RPM
PSU : Cooler Master MPE 750w Bronze

Hey there,

It's possible the PSU is having problems. Typically, random reboots, often at load, but not always point to the PSU. Your PSU is decent enough. Have you another PSU you could swap out with? If not maybe bring to a local store and get them to swap it out and test, which may cost just 20£$€ or so.

You could also run memtest86+ and test the ram. You do this outside of Windows. If there are any errors, then the ram may be faulty.

Thank you for the reply, don't have another PSU, will have to reach out to some one for that. will check out the other option as well.
