My pc has been crashing most times on boot. I sometimes get lucky and it actually loads properly without crashing. when this issue happens,
it freezes for 1 second, then the monitor goes black and doesn't display, light on pc is still on. Only displays back when hit reset button, but then crashes again.
I have taken a video of what has been happening if you could please have a look.

yes try that and see if it helps, omg if there bent it could be the problem try and bend they back strait if you can and clean the gunk off of them that could be your problem, not getting enough contact
ok maybe your mb is slowly going out, had this before to where it would shut down for no reason and then just quit booting up , did you try a diagnostic test on your computer to see what comes up

I tried a windows memory test and nothing came up as wrong. Is there any other way I can pin point my problem, Should I take everything out and put it back together again, see if I can see any physical damage?

Could it possibly be my motherboards cpu pins, some of them look either bent or they have a tiny bit of gunk at the base of some of the pins. would this cause the issue im having?

I took all the connections off the motherboard, then put them all back on including the ram and cpu and gpu, I managed to launch it, I will power off and turn on again to see if that was my issue. thanks

I might have fixed it unintentionally lol, I will come back if it returns, thanks for all the ideas and help.

so i had a problem in which i shut my integral gpu display off on purpose, i just had to reset the bios settings to fix it.
this looks like your windows is glitched, try to reinstall it using a USB bootable drive and plus it makes ur pc faster compared to refresh pc
