[SOLVED] PC crashes when I run 3D games

Some days it's fine. Some days it'll crash within a couple of minutes into a 3D game. Doesn't crash on 2D games, i.e. Factorio, Slay the Spire. Sometimes, it will freeze silently until I reset it. Sometimes it freezes with super glitchy audio that hurts my brain. Sometimes it just restarts on its own.

Please list full system specs (including PSU).
Please list component (CPU and GPU) temps.
Please run a chkdsk /f (reboot needed) and then a sfc /scannow at an admin command prompt.
