[SOLVED] PC crashes while gaming or heavy usage. (Colored screen no system response) ?

Randomly while gaming (mostly Apex Legends or even lighter games) or even during dowbloading games. pc crashes and the whole screen goes one color (blue, white, red, orange, purple) sound also crashes and no keys work. I have to force start the pc.

Then the pc goes into bootloop. The only solution then is to switch RAM slots and/or reset BIOS

My specs:
core i5-4690 with stock cooler
H97 motherboard
16gb DDR3 RAM
XFX RX 480
Thermaltake 600 watt 80plus
Screen is HP ZR2440w
1 input fan and 1 exhaust fan

Sounds like it might be ram. Use memtest and run one ram module at a time

RAMs passed all 13 tests without any errors

Also my CPU temp are 70+

Try a stress test on cpu and gpu, watch the temps. If all goes well, it might be the psu. Are windows up to date and latest drivers for mobo, gpu and any other hardware? Bios up to date?
