Pc crashes with weird white dots

My game crashes while playing GTA and then automatically restarts my entire pc.

Is my PSU not functioning well or something else?

Specs:
i5-4440 @ 3.10GHz
GTX 770
8gb ram
Windows 10

Maybe corrupted or outdated video card drivers. Try the newest drivers for your 770 and do a clean install. Also check to be sure the fans on the video card are spinning. And finally, there is a chance that the video card is dying: If you have access to another one or can borrow one, try it in your PC and if the problem is gone then your video card is the culprit.
