So when i start my pc i get a blue screen where it says "Stop code: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL", it restarts automatically with the same Error again and again, it repeats itself like 20-30times until it's starts normally and then everything works as intended. This only happens when i start my pc but when i restart it it works normally. What am i supposed to do here?

Backup all your mission critical content off the OS drive, prepare a bootable USB installer and have it handy in case you need to perform a clean install of your OS. Prior to that, we can look and see if there's a hardware level error on your build.

You forgot to mention the make and model of your PSU and it's age. Remove your storage drives and see if your rebooting comes to a halt.
