PC crashing after 20 minutes

Hello,

As the title suggests, my pc crashes every 20 minutes. This is not always the case though, sometimes it can go hours without it happening.

The weird thing is that it usually happens more frequently when the pc is under less load (compared to when gaming).

I have reinstalled GPU drivers, monitor drivers, updated bios etc.

Event viewer:

What are the complete specs for this system (make/model of ALL installed components)?

Are you overclocking anything?
Specs:

ASUS GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER ROG Strix

AMD Ryzen 9 3900X

CM Masterliquid ML240L ARGB Komplett Edition

Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO DDR4 3200MHz 16GB

ASUS ROG Strix B450-F GAMING, Socket-AM4

Corsair TX650M, 650W PSU

Not overclocking anything no - in fact, when my pc crashes, the bios settings also rest. So it's not really possible for me to do.

How old is the PSU?

Have you updated the motherboard's BIOS? Have you changed the motherboard battery (asking because of settings resetting as mentioned above)?
The PSU is as old as the rest of the pc, 4 years and 4 months old. It has also been under heavy load all those years, I'll also mention that the crashing isn't the only issue. It's underperforming too.

I have updated the bios. I have not changed the motherboards battery, no. Is it easy to do?

Yes. Pop out old battery. Put new one in. Couple minutes sort of thing.

Underperforming could be a heat issue. What are your operating temperatures at idle and under load?

Could be part of other issues, too.
