Pc crashing and gpu debug led

Playing a game or watching a video on youtube (only thing ive noticed is that it crashes after a long period of being on) my monitor suddenly has a black screen, the led on my keyboard turns off and then no signal to monitor. My pc along with its leds and fans are running. I look at my ez debug led on my mobo and the gpu one is on. Having said that i dont think it is the gpu for some reason but actually the cpu. Here are the specs to both help solve the issue and to see why i may think its the cpu

Ryzen 5 1600 overclocked to 3.8 with stock cooler
Gtx 1060 6gb msi gaming x
Deepcool dq550 gold +
Corsair 2x4gb 2666mhz
Msi b350 gaming plus

First undo your overclock and try it again.

The overclock has been stable for a year now, why would i have to change it now?
