PC crashing and screen tears when I browse for a file

Basically, whenever I'm on a program, whether it be Google Chrome, Skype, etc, and I browse for a file (For Skype, I would browse for a new avatar/profile picture), my whole PC crashes and I'm left with my whole screen tore up in different lines of color, and whatever sound was last played before it crashed loops really fast over and over. Crash Screen.

Already testes ram, gpu and cpu.
Also, it used to do this on startup but I fixed that by uninstalling my wireless card.

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks for the reply. I'miss going to switch my PSU out and see if that works. Too lazy now but I will later

Installed my 500w psu. Boot time was a lot quicker but same problem occurs.
