Question PC crashing, black screen afterwards, and only boots successfully after multiple restarts ?

Hello. I'm having issues again with my PC and I can't figure out what the issue is. I've made a post in the past and the solution was updating BIOS which solved it for almost 2 months, however, the issues are back and I don't know what to do. The temps are looking good, I'm only playing a 20 years old game (World of Warcraft) on it and windows/PC randomly just freezes, the screen turns black and I need to restart.

When restarting after a crash:
- sometimes it goes straight into Windows.
- sometimes it directs me straight into bios where I've noticed the NVMe SSD isn't detected.
- other times the screen just turns black and I need to keep restarting it until it boots successfully.

I've noticed a red led bleeping weather it crashes or I simply restart PC for any reason, unsure if that's supposed to mean something. (I will try to figure out which of the leds bleeps next time it crashes)

What I have done:
  • Updated Windows to Windows 11,
  • Updated the graphics driver,
  • Updated the BIOS (which solved the issue for almost 2 months)
  • Tried to stress testing it for a bit over and hour and had no issues/crashes,
  • AN multiple benchmarks and no issues.

Only thing I didn't try was switching the NVMe SSD to 2nd slot and I got no clue if I should set anything up in BIOS in terms of settings there or if is just something related to this model of motherboard.

My old thread:
https://forums.tomshardware.com/threads/random-freeze-issues-starting-pc-afterwards.3858671/)

I found a thread on Reddit with people having similar issues some 5 years ago, but no solution:

It happens randomly, I can have 2-3 days without any issues and then all of the sudden have the issue for few times, forcing me to restart PC, after which it gets back to normal.

Unsure if I should just give up on the NVMe SDD and just get a normal SSD or keep trying to find solutions for this. Please help and thank you in advance.

Since your problem was solved last time with a bios update, I would look to replace your cmos battery. Another thing you can do is to reseat all hardware plugged in to the motherboard to include your nvme. Try unplugging your keyboard on start up to see if it goes straight to windows, it could indicate a keyboard/key malfunction.
