PC crashing issues!

So recently my PC has been acting up. Chrome crashing while trying to save a picture. My games crashing when I launch them. I have a fx 6300 and a r9 380x. I will try to update drivers. But other then that I have no clue. I am just clueless. I am just frustrated. Also when it crashes I have to restart my PC.

update the drivers and BIOS...
how old is ur build???
when it crashes, does it restart automatically or u get bsod???

I have a fx-6300 CPU with a stock cooler
A msi-970 gaming mono
Crucial ballistix 8gb ram
XFX r9-380x black edition oc edition whatever its called
A western digital black 1tb hard drive
And I have windows 8.1
I will have to check tomorrow to see if everything's up to date. But as far as I know everything is. My computer freezes. I can't do anything. Well game crashes I can not alt tab out of it or exit the game. It completely freezes when I Ctrl alt del. And then I have to push the restart button.

Also I have a 650w supernova evga PSU. And the PC is 4 months old.

seems more like a display driver issue...update all ur drivers properly once again...
do not do it from device manager as it tends to give false positives...
go to the respective brand websites and update manually...

I just updated my Drivers. I have no idea why I didn't do that in the first place.
