Since yesterday, my Windows 10 desktop has been throwing multiple bluescreen errors, more often when watching twitch/youtube streams. The GPU driver was last updated in the first week of May, so unsure if that would be the reason why it's happening more often while streaming video and because it didn't start until yesterday. Windows is fully up to date as well. I've run chkdsk with nothing found, and a memory scan on reboot also with no errors found in the RAM.

The bugcheck values have varied - 0x0000007e, 0x0000003b, 0x0000001a, 0x00000139, 0x0000001e - with 0x0000000a being the most recent 15 minutes ago.

Motherboard BIOS is also the most recent version, updated yesterday to see if that would help any.

Specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 3.6 GHz 8-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: Corsair H100i RGB PLATINUM 75 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler
Motherboard: Gigabyte X570 AORUS ELITE ATX AM4
Memory: Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 32 GB (4 x 8 GB) DDR4-3600 CL18
Video Card: MSI VENTUS OC GeForce RTX 2060 6 GB
Power Supply: Corsair RM1000 1000 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX

CPU stress came back with no errors. The GPU Superposition test you need to spend money for the stress test but the benchmark didn't cause any issues.
There were a few more windows updates that installed yesterday and it crashed twice in the span of two hours with bugchecks 0x0000003b and 0x0000001a while just sitting overnight doing nothing.

I was giving an update so far since I had done some steps. Memtest86 is running right now with the first pass done with no errors. Windows reinstall was my most likely next step anyway once I verify everything is backed up and also run a check on all the drives.
EDIT: Memtest returned a full Pass as well.

I reseated all components including reapplying thermal paste to the CPU, and it still crashed again since. Is there any additional information from the minidump files?
Creating a USB install media for Windows 10, do you recommend keeping data and apps or just data?
