Question PC CRASHING PLEASE HELP

I built my PC about 8 months ago and it's recently started auto restarting. Usually when in a game but not always. And it's gotten much more frequent. From all of my research and everything I've tried I've kinda narrowed it down to probably my PSU but maybe my GPU. I want to know the cheapest and least intrusive way to proceed.

PSU: Seasonic S12III 650 SSR-650GB3 650W 80+ Bronze ATX12V & EPS12V
GPU: AORUS RTX 2080
CPU: i9-9900k
MOBO: Aorus z390 Ultra

Also curious if you guys concur that it is likely the power supply. Seems odd to me, a seasonic 650w less than a year old would be crapping out on me like this.
