PC Crashing Under Load

I'm running the following:

• 
  ■ AMD FX-8350 (Stock Cooler and Speeds)
  ■ ASUS GeForce GTX 970 STRIX
  ■ ASUS M5A97 LE R2.0
  ■ G.Skill Ripjaws X (1x8Gb DDR3 1600Mhz)
  ■ Samsung 850 EVO 120Gb
  ■ WD 1Tb Blue
  ■ Corsair CX600M

The title sums up the issue I am having, but essentially under "heavy" load my PC will seemingly randomly freeze up. All processes stop and Ctrl+Alt+Delete doesn't do anything. The only thing that "fixes" the issue is manually turning of the PC.

But what causes this issue? It happens even when playing CS:GO sometimes. It started after I upgraded my CPU from an AMD FX-6300. It will happen before even one game finishes in Rainbow Six: Siege at medium settings. My motherboard is at the newest BIOS and all my drivers are installed. My CPU gets to ~65°C and my GPU to ~70°C. Could it be CPU or GPU temperatures? Could it be an issue with my motherboard and RAM? My best guess is heating but I have no idea.

My guess would be the psu. Try running prime95 and furmark at the same time and see if it crashes.
How old is the psu?

It was new when I got it last year, what about the PSU would cause this issue? Would the screen not turn black if it was being power-deprived? I'll try running those..

UPDATE:

I ran both prime95 and furmark at the same time for ~15 minutes and no crash or freeze occurred. I also was able to play a 64 player game of Battlefield 1 and a casual game of Rainbow Six: Siege without a freeze or crash (somehow), I don't know how the freezing has stopped though. I've included a link to a screenshot of the monitors I had running in the background during the benchmarks, at the bottom, just in case they are useful.. Any idea?

I don't think your temps are too high and your psu doesn't seem to be at fault.

Try running memtest86. If that gives no results, you'll just have to start swapping parts too see what works.
