Question PC Crashing when changing CSGO resolution

When I change the CSGO resolution to any resolution (e.g 1920 X 1080 to 1280 X 960) the PC black screens and crashes. I'm wondering if this is a GPU driver issue.

Graphics Card: RX 570
CPU: i5 4670k
