PC Crash's during gaming (RED LIGHT)

I have no idea why but my pc will randomly crash when im gaming it is incredibly annoying and ruins aspects of gaming for me especially when i'm playing an online game. What happens is ill be gaming and boom my pc crash's with the power still on but no display just a stable RED pc light on my motherboard and if I power it fully off and try to reboot the stable red light comes back on and no post or anything. Sometimes this crash happens and my pc will just boot back up but 95% of the time it just "locks" causing me to desperately reseat components.

Could be your RAM sticks, try to re seat them.

I've done that a bunch of times and I just got my ram. I'll run MemTest but I doubt its my ram.
