PC cycling power then won't turn on ASRock extreme4 z77

All of the sudden when the PC was asleep it started making noises as if it were turning on and off over and over again. Now I can't turn it on. I've unplugged everything but the CPU fan and 24 power and CPU power and it still won't turn on. I also tried a different PSU and it didn't turn on.

I have an ASRock extreme4 z77 and a i5 3570k.

Hmm, sounds like mobo. Put the chip in a spare and see if it works ok.

Yea that's what I thought. But I don't have a spare Mobo to try it in

If you've got the bread, getta cheap-assed mobo and try it. Otherwise find somewhere you can test it are really the only options. If the new mobo works, hey, spare mobo. XD
